Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She served this role from 2021-2022. As a member of the Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications director(2009-2011); spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015 and White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns to CNN from 2017 until 2020. Psaki started her career in 2001, as an influential political contributor to CNN. She was involved in the elections for the re-elections of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack (Iowa Governor). Psaki was John Kerry's deputy press secretary in 2004. Psaki was also the director of communications for Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications, serving as press secretary to the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. 20 years ago, Psaki was appointed as spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11, 2013.
